采用搅拌法,在热态石墨基体表面交替涂覆SrCl2和酚醛树脂,经烘焙后,获得了SrCl2和隔离层交替叠层的SrCl2变质剂.AFM图像显示,SrCl2层和隔离层的几何特征尺寸均接近纳米级.将制备的纳米SrCl2变质剂用于变质处理AlSi7Mg合金,发现合金中0.005 wt%的Sr即可获得良好的力学性能,而且变质作用起效快、持续时间长,变质操作便捷.
