一般采用电化学试验,包括:极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、阳极钝化曲线等来分析金属腐蚀特性;而声发射采用“被动听声”的方式,通过分析活性腐蚀过程中产生的声发射信号,揭示金属腐蚀源机制和动态腐蚀行为,进而估算腐蚀速率并进行腐蚀源定位.总结了声发射在不锈钢、铝及铝合金和碳钢腐蚀研究中的应用和展望,以促进声发射技术在工程实际中的应用.
