首次提出了指数型乘积函数来分析共混体系胀大比与组分胀大比的关系.这种考虑是把不相容共混物中一组分看作另一组分的"填料"形成"复合材料",利用已建立的填充复合材料胀大比是基体胀大比"浓度转换因子"倍数关系建立的.与一些非相容共混体系黏度表现为负偏差不同,其挤出胀大很容易表现为正偏差.模型很好地拟合了文献报道的这些共混物挤出胀大,分析了胀大比与加工条件和材料特性的关系.
