采用熔体旋淬法制备了LaNi_(4.25)Al_(0.75)合金,用XRD、SEM及吸氢PCT曲线(压力-组成等温线)和动力学测试等方法,研究了退火处理对合金结构和储氢性能的影响.XRD测试结果表明,退火后,合金保持CaCu5结构,但晶粒变大.PCT和动力学测试结果表明,经过退火处理的合金与快淬态相比,吸氢量增加,吸氢平台变宽,吸氢速度变快.

The effects of annealing treatment on structure and hydrogen storage properties of melt-spun LaNi_(4.25)Al_(0.75) alloy were investigated by mearts of XRD, SEM, hydrogen absorption PCT(PC isotherms) and kinetic measurement.XRD results show that the alloy retains CaCu5-type hexagonal structure after annealing treatment, but the particle size becomes larger.The results of PCT and kinetics tests reveal that short-time annealing treatment can improve hydrogen absorption capacity, hydrogen absorption rate and widen the plateau region for melt-spun LaNi_(4.25)Al_(0.75) alloy.
