本文通过实验得到了不同比转数油泵在输送黏性流体的水力性能,研究了输送黏性流体时的修正系数与油泵的性能参数、油泵的转速和输送介质黏度之间的相互关系,参照德国KSB公司所提出的相似准则数,绘制了五种比转数油泵输送黏性流体时的流量、扬程和效率性能换算图,给出了性能换算图的使用方法和计算步骤,实例表明用性能换算图得出的计算结果与实测结果具有较高的一致性.

The hydraulic characteristics of a centrifugal oil pump for pumping viscous liquid at different specific speeds are studied experimentally.The relationship of conversion factor with performance characteristics,rotating speed and oil viscosity is investigated.According to the affinity law proposed by KSB,the performance diagram of flow rate,head and efficiency is plotted at five different specific speeds.The typical calculated examples show that the calculated results with the diagram methods are consistent with the experiments.
