采用自制的丙烯酸改性水性环氧乳液配制了水性环氧绝缘漆,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、激光粒度分析仪和透射电镜(TEM)对丙烯酸改性水性环氧乳液进行表征,并对水性绝缘漆固化后的漆膜硬度、附着力和热性能等进行测试。结果表明:水性环氧乳液的粒径较小、分布均匀。绝缘漆的耐热性好、综合性佳,满足实际应用要求,有较好的应用前景。

A waterborne epoxy resin insulating varnish was prepared using self-made waterborne epoxy res-in emulsion modified by acrylic acid. The waterborne epoxy resin emulsion modified by acrylic acid was characterized by infrared spectrum(FT-IR), laser granularity analyzer and transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the hardness, adhesion and heat resistance of the cured waterborne insulating varnish were tested. The results show that the particle size of the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion is smaller and the distribution is uniform. The heat resistance and comprehensive properties of the insulating varnish is excellent, which can meet the requirements of actual application and have great application prospect.
