通过正交实验研究了电石表面包覆的最佳工艺。选取包覆剂为温度20℃的食用菜籽油对电石进行20 min的包覆,得到了均匀致密的有机包覆膜并对其进行红外光谱分析,表明电石的有机包覆过程中发生了三个重要的过程:(1)电石与有机物的物理包覆;(2)有机物在空气中发生了氧化反应;(3)在较长时间作用下,氧化油脂与少许电石发生了反应。

The best technology of surface coating of calcium carbide was investigated through orthogonal test. Se-lecting coating agent temperature is 20℃ of edible rapeseed for 20min coating,it got uniform density organic pack-age labeling and analyzed by infrared spectrum. The surface of calcium carbide in the process of the organic coating has three important process:(1) The calcium carbide with organic physical coating;(2) The oxidation reaction of organic matter in the air happened;(3) Under the effect of a long time,the reaction of oxidated oil and a little cal-cium carbide happened.
