在"高分子物理"课程中,关于高分子的构型异构的问题是核心教学内容之一,其中的"旋光异构"部分是一个学习和教学的难点。笔者尝试从"构型基本单元"和"构型重复单元"的概念出发来讲解高分子的旋光异构现象,从而,重复结构单元含1个手性碳原子(C*)的高分子的旋光异构体数目问题得到了很好的理解。然而,当用这样的思路来分析重复结构单元含2个C*的高分子的旋光异构体数目时,所得到的结果与当前通用教科书所采用的观点不相符合。文中针对此问题进行了分析探讨。结果表明,重复结构单元含2个C*的高分子,其有规立构形式的旋光异构体可以有19种。

The configurational isomerization of the polymer molecules is one of the core contents in the Polymer physics course.We have attempted to explain the "optical isomerism of the polymer molecules" based on the concepts of the "configurational base unit" and the "configurational repeating unit",as a result,the problem of the number of the optical isomers of the polymer molecules whose constitutional repeating unit has only one chiral carbon atom was well resolved and understood.But,for the same problem to the polymer molecules whose constitutional repeating unit has two chiral carbon atoms,following the similar method,we derived a result different with the presentation given by the national textbook Polymer physics.In this paper,the discussion will be carried on centering on this difference.
