结合生产合金钢线材时冷镦检验试样沿45°方向出现开裂的问题,在实验室作了检验分析。结果表明,冷镦开裂的原因是由于铸坯上存在成分偏析,在轧制中不能消除,遗传到线材上,形成轧后组织偏析,导致冷镦开裂。通过对试样偏析处的成分定量分析查明,合金钢线材偏析带的主要成分为Cr、Mn,偏析处的平均成分比正常部位成分分别高出49%和79%。

In cold heading test of alloy steel wire rod, cracking of the specimens is observed along the direction of 45 °. In order to found out the reason some examinations are made in laboratory. The results showed that the cold heading cracking is due to the composition segregation of continuous casting billet, which can not be eliminated in the rolling stage and passed on to the wire, resulting in post-rolling segregation and cracking of cold heading. A quantitative analysis on the segregated areas revealed that the main components to cause the segregation of the alloy steel wire are Cr and Mn, with an average composition of 49 % and 79 % higher than that of normal parts respectively.
