制备了连续相清漆并与自制的凝胶造粒混合物混合得到水性多彩涂料,介绍了该涂料的施工工艺。考察了成膜物类型及用量对涂膜外观、耐水性、耐酸雨性、耐碱性、耐沾污性等性能的影响,分析了不同成膜助剂的成膜性及对涂膜性能的影响,对比了不同增稠剂对体系黏度和稳定性的影响。结果表明,选择有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂乳液B(质量分数25%~30%),以醇酯十二(CF-12)为成膜助剂,采用非缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂ASE-60时,所制备的连续相清漆综合性能优良,水性多彩涂料涂膜的各项性能最佳,符合HG/T 4343–2012的要求。

A varnish in continuous phase was prepared and then mixed with home-made hydrophilic colloid containing dispersed globules to make a water-based multicolor coating material. Its construction process was introduced. The effects of the type and dosage of film-forming material on appearance, water resistance, acid rain resistance, alkali resistance, and fouling resistance of paint film were discussed. The film forming performances of film-forming additives and their effects on coating properties were analyzed. The effects of different thickeners on viscosity and stability of the paint system were compared. The results showed that the varnish in continuous phase obtained by using organic silicone-modified acrylic emulsion B (mass fraction 25%-30%), CF-12 film-forming agent, and non-association type alkali swelling thickener ASE-60 presents excellent comprehensive performance, while the film of the aqueous multicolor coating prepared therewith has the best performance, meeting the requirement of HG/T 4343–2012 standard.
