针对目前MPM限动芯棒机组连轧过程由于轧制负荷和轧辊速度不匹配容易引起的轧机效率低、钢管金属堆积、拉裂、拉凹等问题,采用相对等负荷的设计方法建立数值模拟方案,研究关键的可调参数(辊缝值和轧制速度)对连轧力及金属堆拉的影响。研究结果表明:适当增大受轧制力过大的轧辊辊缝值,可以减少其轧制力,反之,可以增大轧制力,调整产生堆拉现象的对应轧辊的轧制速度,解决金属堆拉的问题。通过现场试验数据验证了有限元模型的正确性。根据优化后获得的参数,建立模型并对轧制力进行了模拟分析比较。

Aiming at the common problems of MPM unit,such as low efficiency of rolling mill,the steel pipi metal accumulation and ripping caused by mismatch between the rolling load and roll speed,a numerical simulation project was developed by using the relative equality load technology.The effect of main adjustable parameters on the rolling force and metal accumulation was investigated.The results show that: the rolling force can be reduced by increasing the value of the roll gap appropriately as the rolling force too large,and vice versa.Pile of pull problem can also be solved through adjusting the rolling speed.The validity of the finite element model is verified by using field experimental data.According to the parameters obtained by optimization,a model was built to simulate the distribution of the rolling force.
