以2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)和聚己二酯1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)为软链段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬链段,成功制备了固含量50％以上低黏度γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液.对乳液和胶膜进行了物性表征和研究,分析了KH-550改性WPU的作用机理.实验发现当KH-550加入量为预聚体质量分数2％时,其改性的WPU的综合物性最佳,此时乳液固含量在50％左右,乳液粒径小于130 nm,黏度低于400mPa·s;胶膜的拉伸强度大于35 MPa,断裂伸长率大于750％,吸水率低于5％.
