1Cr6Si2Mo马氏体耐热不锈钢在连铸生产过程中,铸坯易出现中心疏松、缩孔、偏析和柱状晶发达及表面凹坑的质量缺陷;针对这些质量缺陷,采取了降低钢液的过热度、选择适宜的冷却强度、降低拉速和提高结晶器电搅电流等措施,通过这些措施能有效提高铸坯表面质量,降低中心疏松、缩孔及偏析等质量缺陷。

During the process of caster production, a lot of quality flaws occurred on the billet of martensitic anti-heat stainless steel-lCr6Si2Mo, such as center unsoundness, center void, segregation, rich columnar crystal and surface depression and so on. In view of these quality flaws, some measures were taken such as adjusting the overheat of liquid steel, choosing proper cooling speed, reducing the speed and upgrading M-EMS currency, so that the billet surface flaws can be increased efficiently and center porosity, void and segregation can be decreased.
