利用超临界二氧化碳(SC-CO2)能够溶解反应副产物小分子苯酚以及撞击流能够强化物质传递过程的特点,对以双酚A(BPA)和碳酸二苯酯(DPC)为原料通过熔融酯交换制备的低分子量聚碳酸酯预聚物在超临界撞击流条件下进一步缩聚反应的本征动力学进行了研究.结果表明,苯酚内扩散的阻力在预聚物颗粒粒径小于0.143mm以后可以消除,苯酚外扩散的阻力在CO2的流动速率超过15mL/min以后可以消除.消除苯酚内、外扩散阻力情况下该缩聚过程仅由本征动力学控制,在压力10MPa~14MPa、温度90℃~130℃条件下,缩聚反应在最初的6h内为2级反应,并得到了表现反应速率常数和表现活化能.
