以硅溶胶为前驱体,快速制备出SiO_2包覆羰基铁吸收剂,研究了SiO_2包覆对其热性能、电磁和吸波性能的影响.热分析结果表明,SiO_2包覆羰基铁的抗氧化性能显著提高.与未包覆羰基铁相比,SiO_2包覆羰基铁的介电常数和磁导率都有所下降.反射率结果表明,包覆后羰基铁在X波段内具有较好的吸波效果,当包覆后羰基铁质量分数为70%、涂层厚度为1.8mm时,涂层在8.2~12.4GHz频率范围内的反射率均小于-10dB.

The surface of carbonyl iron particles is coated by SiO_2,and the effects of SiO_2 coating on the thermal,electromagnetic and microwave absorbing properties of carbonyl iron panicles are investigated.The thermal analysis result shows that the SiO_2 coating can obviously improve the anti-oxidation property of the carbonyl iron particles.Both the complex permittivity and permeability of the carbonyl iron particles decrease after being coated with SiO_2.The microwave absorbing properties of the coatings show that the good microwave absorption ability (blow-10dB) can obtain in the frequency range of 8.2~12.4GHz when the mass content of SiO2 coated carbonyl iron particles is 70% and the coating thickness is 1.8mm.
