重点讨论了非沥青基高分子自粘防水卷材隔离沙在无处理、紫外条件下与后浇混凝土的剥离性能,同时分析了测试温度、涂胶量对卷材与后浇混凝土剥离强度的影响,结果表明,HDPE片材涂胶量在350g/m2~450g/m2,采用反应砂作为隔离沙,在23℃±2℃时,测得无处理与紫外处理剥离性能最佳.

This paper emphasized on the discussion about the stripping performance of non-asphaltic high polymer self-adhesive waterproof rolls against post-cast concrete in the conditions of no treatment on separation sand but with ultraviolet rays.At the same time,the influence of test temperature and the glue spread on the stripping strength of the rolls against post-cast concrete was analyzed.The result showed that when the glue spread of HDPE sheets was at 350g/m2 ~ 450g/m2,reaction sand was adopted as the separation sand,and when temperature was at 23℃ ± 2℃,the stripping performance of the rolls measured without treatment but under ultraviolet treatment was the best.
