二硼化锆(ZrB2)具有许多优异的物理和化学性能,因此其应用非常广泛.为了改善ZrB2难于致密化和高温下易氧化的缺点,采用共沉淀法研究了pH值、溶液浓度、滴定速度和反应时间对Al(OH)3-Y(OH)3/ZrB2复合粉体包裹效果的影响,通过透射电镜表征技术对各种工艺制备的复合粉体进行形貌分析,得出适宜的包裹条件分别为pH=9,溶液浓度为[Al3+ ]=0.017mol/L、[Y3+]=0.01mol/L,滴定速度为0.05mL/s,反应时间为60min.
