综述了魔芋胶、海藻酸钠和果胶等多糖改性,作为口服结肠靶向给药系统载体材料的应用进展.其改性后疏水性提高、溶胀度降低,在胃肠道下端缓慢溶胀、到达结肠部位释药.最后展望了改性多糖类化合物的发展趋势.
