研究了以1,6-六亚甲基二氨基甲酸甲酯(HDU)和聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为原料,有机锡为催化剂,无溶剂熔融酯交换缩聚合成聚氨酯(PU)的新工艺.其催化剂用量,缩聚反应温度,缩聚反应时间,原料配比等工艺条件对产品的分子量等有较大的影响.在原料物质的量比n(PCDL):n(HDU)=1∶0.99,以二丁基氧化锡(DBTO)为催化剂,用量为m (DBTO)∶m(HDU+ PCDL)=0.125∶100,100℃预聚1h,185℃真空缩聚4h等较优的工艺条件下,可以得到分子量较高、硬度较大、白度较好的PU原产品.
