采用ER309焊丝对SAF2205双相不锈钢与16MnR低合金高强钢进行了钨极氩弧焊(TIG)焊接,对其接头进行了拉伸试验、冲击试验及硬度测试,并用扫描电镜、光学显微镜及X射线衍射仪对接头的显微组织进行了分析.结果表明:母材16MnR钢一侧与焊缝结合界面处分别存在一个脱碳层和增碳层,焊缝中心区为奥氏体+针状铁索体组织;拉伸试样断裂在强度相对较低的母材16MnR钢一侧;在16MnR钢/焊缝界面部位存在硬度突变;接头质量较高,其力学性能能够满足一般工程结构的要求.
