采用拉伸试验机测定烧结试样的强度,应用半球点法测定试样的熔化性温度,研究了SiO2、Al2O3和MgO含量对阳春铁矿粉熔化性及其烧结质量的影响。结果表明:随着SiO2含量的增加,熔化性温度相应降低,当SiO2含量为5.6%时抗压强度较大;随Al2O3含量增加熔化性温度略有升高,烧结矿强度略有降低;MgO含量增加,阳春粉的熔化性温度相应升高,烧结式样的抗压强度相应升高。

The melting temperature and the compressive strength were investigated by means of the method of hemisphaerium temperature and the tensile testing machine respectively. The influence of SiO2, Al2O3, MgO content on melting property and sintering qualities of Yangchun iron ore powder was studied. The tests show that the melting temperature of Yangchun iron ore can be decreased with SiO2 content increasing, and both Al2O3 and MgO content decreasing; the compressive strength of sintered Yangchun iron ore has a maximum value when SiO2 content is 5.6%, it can be increased relevantly with MgO content increasing, and Al2O3 content decreasing.
