利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对TMCP工艺生产的X100 管线钢的显微组织进行了观察与分析,并在此基础上对X100管线钢的强化机理进行了研究。结果表明:TMCP工艺生产X100管线钢是可行的;X100管线钢的显微组织以粒状贝氏体为主,同时弥散分布着大量细小的M/A岛和少量的板条贝氏体;X100管线钢的强化机制主要为组织细化和贝氏体相变强化。

The microstructure of X100 pipeline steel produced by TMCP was observed and analyzed by SEM and TEM. On the basis of this analysis, the strengthening mechanism of X100 pipeline steel was studied. The results show that it is possible to produce X100 pipeline steel by TMCP process. Moreover, the microstructure of X100 pipeline steel mainly consists of massive granular bainite, and some fine and dispersive M/A islands with a few lath bainite in the matrix also. The strengthening of X100 pipeline steel mainly depend on bainite transformation and precipitation strengthening.
