本文采用改进的侧偏余弦函数作为造型基函数,使用Béier样条曲线控制造型参数沿轴向的变化规律,构造了一套叶栅非轴对称端壁造型系统.并在此基础上,进一步加入对三维叶型积叠规律的控制,将弯叶片造型方法和非轴对称端壁造型系统整合成非轴对称端壁与三维叶片积叠联合造型系统.将该造型系统与商业优化软件iSIGHT集成,采用模拟退火算法对某两级透平的第一级静叶进行了气动优化设计,优化目标为气动效率最高.优化后绝热效率增加了约0.43%,流量增加了约2.1%.优化结果表明非轴对称端壁与三维积叠的联合造型方法能够在单一造型方案的基础上进一步提高叶栅的气动效率.

In this paper,a modified cosine function with nonlinear deviation,which employs Bézier spline curve to control the changes of the axial profiling parameters,is applied as the basic profiling function and establishes a non-axisymmetric endwall profiling system in a cascade.A special 3D blade stacking rule based on Bézier spline curve is concerned additionally.Combining the bowed blade profiling method and non-axisymmetric endwall profiling system,a new 3D flow passage modeling system is developed:non-axisymmetric endwall and 3D blade stacking joint profiling system,which has fewer designing parameters and direct physical conception.Aforementioned technologies are integrated by using the commercial optimization software iSIGHT:to get the highest aerodynamic efficiency,an aerodynamic optimization design of the first stator blades in a two stage turbine is conducted using simulated annealing algorithm.The isentropic efficiency is improved by 0.43%,and the flow rate is improved by 2.1%.This result demonstrates that the joint profiling system is appropriate on further increasing the aerodynamic efficiency of cascade comparing to single profiling method.
