以聚硅氧烷预聚体与丙烯酸酯进行互穿网络聚合,制备了高性能阻尼材料.用材料测试综合实验机(MTS)测试材料的阻尼性能,研究表明,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯(PBMA)和聚硅氧烷(PDMS)配比为80:20、PDMS特征黏度为54.5 mPa·s、交联荆二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(DEGDA)的用量为8%时,材料的阻尼因子tanδ_(max)达1.4.用原子力显微镜(AFM)对材料的微相结构进行观察,结果表明,阻尼材料微相结构既需要有效的互穿,又要保证一定程度的微相分离,才能使材料具有良好的阻尼性能.

High quality polymer damping materials was synthesized by interpenetrating networks polymerization using polysiloxane and acrylate. The damping property was measured by material testing system(810-MTS). The result shows that when the optimal ratio of poly(n-butylmethacrylate)to polysiloxane is 80:20, the characteristic viscosity is 54.5 m Pa·s and the ratio of crosslinking agent is 8 %, the damping factor tanδ_(max) is up to 1.4. The phase morphology of damping material was also observed by atomic force microscope(AFM), the results show that the microstructure of phase separation of damping material possessing both effective interpenetrating polymer network and a certain extent phase separating, can have excellent damping properties.
