本文研究了TiCl4对Urea-ZnCl2离子液体体系电化学行为的影响。结果表明:TiCl4的加入能够提高Urea-ZnCl2离子液体的电导率,促进钛以Zn-Ti合金的形式沉积。在铜基体上进行恒电位沉积,可获得均匀致密的Zn-Ti合金层,且晶粒尺寸随沉积温度的升高而增大。

Effect of TiCl4 on electrochemical behavior of urea-zinc chloride ionic liquid was investigated.The results show that the electrical conductivity of urea-ZnCl2 ionic liquid increases by adding TiCl4.The addition of TiCl4 could promote co-deposition of Zn and Ti.The electrodeposition of Zn-Ti alloy on copper substrates with under constant potential indicates that the obtained Zn-Ti alloy coatings are uniform and dense,and the particle size increases with increasing the temperature increasing.
