基于能的梯级利用的思路,本文提出了一种新颖的制氢-发电联产系统.新系统利用空气压缩的间冷热提供甲醇重整反应热,不仅合理地利用低温间冷热,同时实现了甲醇重整制氢弛放气的综合利用.新的联产系统具有优良的热力件能,相对节能率达到4.8%.根据图像(火用)分析方法,阐明了利用间冷热甲醇重整制氰过程删损失减少和间冷热品位提升的机理.本文对新循环进行了分析,并以制氢和发电的分产系统为参照,研究了其性能规律.
