研究了30Cr2Ni4MoV钢在不同冷却速率下的凝固组织,测量统计了其二次枝晶臂间距,并回归拟合得到二次枝晶间距与冷却速率的关系λ2=334.9V-0.34.据此,可以根据二次枝晶臂间距推算大型铸锭中不同部位的冷却速率,有利于认识和控制大型铸件的凝固过程.
