本文根据热作模具钢的服役条件,基于成分均匀设计方法设计出一种高硅低钼型热作模具钢SDH3钢(专利钢)。室温冲击韧性试验、回火稳定性试验和热疲劳试验表明,1060℃淬火+580℃回火的SDH3钢室温下冲击值大于300J;620℃下保温22h后,SDH3钢的硬度值依然大于35HRC;SDH3钢具有比H13钢更优良的抗热疲劳性能;同时,SDH3钢的设计大大降低了生产成本,具有很高的实用价值。

According to the service conditions of hot work die steels, SDH3 steel(patent steel)was designed in this paper based on uniform design method. The mechanical and thermal fatigue properties were studied. The results indicated that the impact toughness of the SDH3 steel quenched at 1060℃ and subsequently tempered at 580℃ were over 300J; and the hardness of the SDH3 steel tempered at 620℃for 22h remained over 35HRC, and that SDH3 steel had better thermal fatigue resistance than H13 steel. Besides, the alloying design of SDH3 steel reduces the cost of production greatly, which has high practical value to the society.
