基于山东海阳核电项目,对AP1000核电站独特的模块化建造施工工艺带来的防护涂层破坏问题进行了分析:“开顶法”施工使涂层遭受光照和雨水侵蚀,潮湿的环境有利于霉菌生长并加速对涂层的浸蚀,运输、组装、吊装、焊接等施工过程造成涂层损伤,涂层体系选择不当,等等。提出了相应的解决措施:合理安排施工进度,加盖临时覆盖物,加强排水通风,将用于混凝土墙面的内墙涂料Dry Fall改为耐辐射、防潮防污、耐老化性能好的Macropoxy646涂料,采用“无机富锌+环氧面漆”复合涂层体系代替环氧单层漆用于结构模块和钢结构件等。

Based on the Shandong Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant project, the problem of protection coating failure during the special modularization construction of AP1000 nuclear power plant was analyzed as follows:open-top construction leads to coating suffering of sun light irradiation and rain water erosion;wet environment benefits the mildew growth and accelerates coating erosion;coating is easily damaged during transportation, assembly, lifting, setting, soldering, and other construction procedures;and improper coating system is selected. Some countermeasures were presented:reasonably arrange construction schedule;add temporary covering;enhance water discharge and airing;replace the Dry Fall interior wall coating for concrete wall by Macropoxy646 coating which has good resistance to irradiation, moisture, fouling, and aging; and use a composite coating system composed of inorganic zinc-rich primer plus epoxy topcoat in place of the monolayer epoxy paint for structural modules and steel structure parts.
