随着翼钢高炉炼铁产能的提高和炉料结构的变化,含铁炉料中的球团矿比例从20%提高到38%以上。在提高球团配比同时,采取了一系列优化高炉操作的措施,如配用高碱度的烧结矿、适应缩小矿批、提高料速、降低炉渣碱度、提高生铁含硅量等。在球团矿配比达到38%以上的情况下,高炉炉况保持了稳定、顺行,高炉各项技术经济指标得到明显改善。

With the increase of ironmaking capacity and the change of blast furnace burden compostion at Yigang Steel, the ratio of pellet in the blast furnace burden has been increased from 20 % to more than 38 %. In the period to increase the ration of pellet, a series of measures to optimize blast furnace operations are taken, which include using high basicity sinter, reasonably reducing ore batch, increasing burden-descending speed, lowering slag basicity, raising silicon content, etc. In the condition of pellet ratio of 38 %, the blast furnace is in stable and smooth operations, all of technical and economic indexes are improved obviously.
