在不同反应时间和反应温度条件下对城市固体废物焚烧(MSWI)飞灰进行碳酸化处理.利用XRD、SEM、热重、ICP-MS对碳酸化产物进行分析,同时对碳酸化产物中重金属的浸出特性进行评价.实验结果表明,碳酸化之后,飞灰中的Ca(OH)2和CaClOH消失,CaCO3增加;增加反应时间,飞灰碳酸化程度加强;反应温度从30℃升高到90℃,飞灰CO2的吸收量增加迅速,继续升高温度,CO2吸收量增加趋缓,固碳量由33 L/kg增加到48 L/kg. MSWI飞灰碳酸化后,重金属Pb的浸出浓度由8425 μg/L下降到大约1μg/L,Cr的浸出浓度由284 μg/L下降到60 μg/L,Zn、Co、Ni、Cu和As的浸出量也有不同程度降低.
