研究了钛含量和冷却速率对球墨铸铁中含钛夹杂物形貌、平均尺寸与分布的影响。结果表明:在3℃·S^-1的冷却速率下,当钛的质量分数由0.005%增加至0.025%时,夹杂物的平均尺寸由2.14扯m增加到3.04μm;钛的质量分数为0.015%时,当冷却速率由1℃·S1增大至6oC·S^-1后,夹杂物平均尺寸由4μm减小到1.5μm;钛能够与稀土、钡、镁等元素形成夹杂物。而且钛含量越低、冷却速率越大,越容易形成单相夹杂物;这些夹杂物大部分呈块状,棱角清晰,少量呈球状,多数尺寸在1.5~7μm,分布在珠光体、铁素体及晶界处。

The effects of Ti content and cooling rate on morphology, average stze and CllstrlDunon oi inclusions with Ti in ductile iron were studied. The results show that when the mass fraction of Ti increased from 0. 005%to 0. 025%, the average size of inclusions increased from 2. 14 μm to 3. 04μm, when the cooling rate increased from 1 ℃ . s^- 1to 6 ℃ . s^-1 , the average size of the inclusions in ductile iron with 0. 015wt% Ti decreased from 4μm to 1.5μm. Ti could form inclusions with RE, Ba, Mg and so on, and the lower the Ti content and the larger the cooling rate, the easier the single-phase inclusion forming. Most of these inclusions were lump and had clear angles, while small amount of indusions were spherical. The size of majority inclusions was between 1.5 μm and 7 μm and they distributed in pearlite, ferrite and at grains boundaries.
