长期以来,确定高炉鼓风机能力的方法不科学,导致与高炉的能力不匹配,并增加高炉投资。通常认为,采用气体动力学非线性规划方法比较科学,但用实际高炉的最大炉腹煤气量对计算结果校正,发现参数取值值得研究。此外,由于计算复杂,难于掌握和推广。因此,根据各级高炉炉腹煤气量指数的大量实际统计数据,提出了1种简单的确定鼓风机能力的新方法。

Due to the adoption of unscientific methods to calculate the blower capacity,there existed a great mismatch between the blast furnace and the blower and an excessive investment for the blast furnace.In general,the aerodynamics method was feasible to determine the capability of blower.However,some calculated results about maximal bosh gas volume showed that those parameters were worth researching in this aerodynamics method.And this method was not easy to manipulate and understand.The empirical and statistical data on bosh gas index of various sized blast furnaces were analyzed and finally a simplified method was proposed to achieve this calculation.
