以ITO导电塑料薄膜为基底,电子墨水微胶囊为显示材料,制备了柔性显示器件.研究了粘合剂的浓度对微胶囊成膜的影响、器件的可弯曲性和显示性能.结果表明:用浓度为0.5%的明胶水溶液作为粘合剂可以得到厚度均匀、胶囊排列紧密、附着性良好的微胶囊膜;采用平均粒径为50μm的微胶囊时,显示器件具有较好的可弯曲性,最小弯曲半径为2.9cm;加直流电时,显示器件可以显示出清晰的文字,响应时间为280ms.
