为改善镁合金的铸造性能,研究机械振动对AZ91镁合金充型能力的影响,并探索了不同频率的机械振动增强充型能力的影响机制.结果表明:机械振动能够显著提高镁合金的充型能力,当振动频率为50 Hz时,螺旋形试样的平均长度相较于不振动来说增加了14%左右;机械振动通过枝晶破碎、减缓黏度增大的趋势、降低沿程阻力来增强充型能力.
