采用3种不同的方法在氧化铟锡玻璃衬底上沉积一层ZnO纳米晶薄膜,然后采用改进的水热法在制备有ZnO纳米晶薄膜的衬底上生长ZnO纳米棒,实现了纳米棒从无序到有序的生长.从XRD和SEM图可得,有序的纳米棒沿(002)择优取向,基本与衬底垂直,平均直径约为40nm.
