本文以有机泡沫电沉积法为基础,探讨了几种具体工艺条件与所得泡沫镍产品比表面积的关系.结果发现,电镀后直接在850~980℃的氨分解气氛中烧结40 min所得产品,与电镀后先在600℃的空气中烧结4 min再进行还原烧结所得产品,具有相同的表面形态和比表面积.
