通过对国外EA4T车轴钢产品分析及大轴淬火过程模拟,CCT曲线测定,对国产大截面EA4T车轴钢回火热处理工艺进行研究,制定出恰当的回火工艺((910±10)℃淬火、(650±10)℃回火)。通过该热处理工艺实施,国产化EA4T车轴钢力学性能和组织均符合国际先进的车轴标准(EN13261)对材料的要求。

By analyzing the imported EA4T axle steel product,simulation of quenching process of the axle with large section and measurement CCT curve of the axle steel were carried out,and heat treatment process of home-made EA4T steel was studied.Based on the experiments,the proper heat treatment parameters,which are tempering at 650 ℃ after quenching at 910 ℃,for home-made EA4T steel is determined.Mechanical properties and microstructure of home-made EA4T steel meet the requirement of standard EN13261 well after heat treatment.
