简要介绍了二次冷轧镀锡板(DR材)的发展历程,综述了其用途、制造过程以及表面状况;采用金相显微镜、粗糙度仪和电化学工作站等分别对一次和二次冷轧镀锡板表面状态和性能进行了分析对比。结果表明,与一次轧制镀锡原板(MR材)相比,二次冷轧镀锡原板的表面较平整,粗糙度小,镀锡层可改善原板的表面粗糙度;二次冷轧镀锡板镀层孔隙率小,耐蚀性好,自腐蚀电位高于一次轧制镀锡板。

The development history of the double reduced (DR) tinplate is introduced briefly. The application, manufacturing process and surface status of the DR are reviewed. The properties of the double reduced tinplatr steel were studied by means of metallurgical microscopy, roughness testing and electrochemical methods. The results show that compared to the tinplate (MR), the corrosion resistance of the double reduced tinplate is better.
