采用硬度分析、金相分析以及扫描电镜分析等试验方法对等速驱动轴进行了分析。结果表明: 该等速驱动轴钟形壳感应淬火后回火不充分,存有较大的内应力,生产线上安装不当,产生持续的张应力最终导致氢致延迟断裂。通过改进回火工艺和安装,解决了断裂问题。

The constant velocity drive shaft was analyzed by means of hardness testing, microstructure examination and fractographic examination. The results show that the failure of constant velocity drive shaft is the result of hydrogeninduced delayed cracking caused. The high residual stresses by inadequate final tempering process and the installation tensile stress caused by improper installation process in the production line are the reasons of the hydrogeinduced delayed cracking. By improving the tempering and installation process, the fracture problem was finally solved.
