采用洞室环境现场暴露试验和实验室加速腐蚀试验,研究了16MnR钢基纳米有机涂层在高湿洞室大气环境中的耐蚀性,其中实验室加速腐蚀试验采取气相加速和液相加速两种方式。未做防腐蚀处理的16MnR钢试片100h气相/液相腐蚀加速试验后发生全面腐蚀,腐蚀面积达100%;相同加速条件下,表面涂装纳米有机涂层的16MnR试片4500h气相/液相腐蚀加速试验后,涂层的分子结构和表面形貌基本未发生破坏和腐蚀,金属底材没有发生可见腐蚀。通过对比现场和加速腐蚀试验中未涂装试片的最终腐蚀产物类型,气相加速试验更接近现场情况。

The anti-corrosion performance of nano-organic coatings on 16MnR was investigated by exposure experiments in cavern atmosphere and laboratory accelerated corrosion tests. The laboratory accelerated corrosion test including gaseous accelerated experiment and liquid accelerated test. The 16MnR samples without coating were corroded in gas and liquid accelerated corrosion tests only after about 100 h, the corrosion area reached 100%. After 4500h accelerated corrosion test under the same accelerated condition, the molecular structure and surface morphology of the 16MnR samples with nano-organic coatings were not destroyed and corroded basically. Comparison of the corrosion products indicates that, the results of gas accelerated experiment are closer to those in site.
