利用溶胶凝胶法制备CaBi4+xTi4O15(CBT-x)铁电薄膜,探索了不同铋含量对CBT-x铁电薄膜样品的相结构、微观形貌和电学性能的影响,研究表明,当x为0.3时,样品的剩余极化强度达到最大值,2Pr= 8.7μC/cm2,矫顽场强2Ec=7.6kV/mm,相对介电常数的大小在(160±6)%范围内,损耗因子在0.05~0.08之间,适量的铋含量可以较好地抑制过多的氧空位、焦虑石相和其它杂相的产生.
