钢的高温力学性能是确定连铸工艺参数的重要依据。文章利用Gleeble1500试验机进行了集装箱板的高温热塑性试验,研究了集装箱板热塑性与温度的关系。通过绘制形变温度与断面收缩率的关系曲线,找出了该钢的低塑性温度区,即裂纹敏感点。运用扫描电镜对试样裂纹敏感点拉断后的断口形貌进行观察。随后,分析了相应钢在各温度区域的断裂机理,并讨论了铸坯质量与高温力学性能的关系。

The mechanical properties at elevated temperature of steels are important data for datermining continuous casting processes. The hot plasticity experiment of container shee was done with Gleeble1500 testing machine. Based on the experiment, the dependence of the hot plasticity on temperature is obtained. The temperature range of inductile, namely cracksensitive spots, are found by the dependence of hot ductility temperature on section shrinkage. The fracture analysis on the cracksensitive spots are carried out by scan electron microscope. Subsequently, the fracture mechanism at different temperature range are explored. The dependence of casting quality on the mechanical properties at elavated temperature for the steel are discussed.
