采用RH402定氢仪和盐雾腐蚀试验方法研究了索缆用镀锌钢丝在模拟酸雨腐蚀介质中的腐蚀行为, 并用XRD表征腐蚀产物. 结果表明, 经2.5个月腐蚀后, 位于索缆外层钢丝的镀锌层发生局部耗尽, 而钢丝的氢含量随暴露时间延长呈增加趋势; 经2个月和3个月腐蚀的索缆镀锌钢丝的主要腐蚀产物分别为3Zn(OH)2ZnSO4•5H2O和ZnSO3•2H2O与Fe6(OH)12CO3. 提出“三个腐蚀阶段”以描述索缆镀锌钢丝在模拟酸雨中的腐蚀过程.

Corrosion behavior of galvanized steel wires of bridge cables in a simulated acid rain environment was studied by means of salt spray test and RH402 hydrogen analyzer, and then corrosion products were characterized by XRD. Results showed the zinc coating of steel wires located at the periphery of cables was exhausted locally by salt spray test for 2.5 months. The main corrosion products were mainly consisted of 3Zn(OH)2•ZnSO4•5H2O, and ZnSO3•2H2O plus Fe6(OH)12CO3 respectively for wires exposed for 2 and 3 months. Finally a three-stage process was proposed to describe the corrosion of steel wires in simulated acid rain.
