研究了9种双重退火工艺对热挤压TC4钛合金T型材显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:①金相组织基本保留了β单相区热加工组织,第一阶段退火制度相同时,随着第二阶段退火温度的升高,晶内部分长条α相变厚,晶界上有序排列的针状α相也开始粗化;第二阶段退火制度相同时,随着第一阶段退火温度的升高,晶粒明显长大,晶界更加清晰,β相向α相转变,β相含量减少;②抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率均能够满足航天长桁用型材的要求,其中经750℃×4h/AC+500℃×1 h/AC双重退火处理的,强度和塑性指标最高。

The effects of nine different duplex annealing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of hot -extruded TC4 titanium alloy T profile were investigated .The results indicate that the microstructures basically retain hot-worked beta single-phase area .With the same annealing process at first stage , the elongated alpha phase is thicken , and orderly arrangement of acicular alpha also begins coarsening on the grain boundary , with increased temperature of second stage .With the same annealing process at second stage , grain size significantly grows up , and grain boundary is clearer , beta phase is transited to alpha phase , and the content of beta phase is reduced , with increased temperature of first stage .Tensile strength , yield strength and elongation are able to meet the requirements of the space truss profile . By double annealing treatment of 750℃×4 h/AC +500℃×1 h/AC, the strength and plasticity are best .
