铸铁中石墨相的数量、形状、大小和分布对其力学性能有很大影响。作者利用图像分析技术,定量分析了灰铸铁孕育处理后石墨相的分布情况,发现石墨相体积分数与灰铸铁综合性能有较为一致的关系,确定了孕育处理时使用孕育剂的最佳方案。使用所研究的高效孕育剂可稳定生产出牌号达HT250的优质灰铸铁。

The quantity, shape, size and distribution of graphite in gray iron influences the properties of material. This paper quantitatively analyzed the distribution of graphite in inoculated gray iron by image analysis. It was found that the volume-fraction of graphite is correlated well with the property of gray iron. Inoculated with inoculant Ⅵ which is the best of the seven inoculants, the gray iron with low chilling potential, low sensitivity to the thickness of casting′s wall and a tensile strength over 250 MPa can be produced.
