研究了不同固溶硼含量对薄板坯连铸连轧生产线生产的低碳Nb-Ti-B汽车大梁用钢的机械性能的影响.结果表明:试验钢提高强度的有效临界固浴硼值大约为0×10~(-6),而韧性下降的临界值约为6×10~(-6),同时给出固溶硼的近似计算公式.

The influence of different content of boron in solid solution on the mechanical properties of low carbon Nb-Ti-B steels of beam plate for automobile produced by FTSR was studied.The results show that the critical of boron in solid solution,which is helpful to increase the strength of the tested steel,is about 0 × 10~(-6),and the critical content of boron is about 6×10~(-6)for decreasing of the toughness.At the same time,an approximate formula to calculate the boron in solid solution is presented.
