采用水雾化法制备了Al-20Si-0.35Re过共晶铝硅合金粉末,对合金粉末进行了热压烧结,测试了导电率和显微硬度随热压压强的变化.结果表明:采用水雾法可制得含氧量低、粒度分布较好的合金粉末,热压后的块体样品导电率和显微硬度均随着热压压强的增大而提高.
