在保证铸坯基本质量的二冷配水模型的基础上,提出进一步提高铸坯质量的二冷配水先进控制策略:基于中间包连续测温的前馈配水策略、基于二冷出口表面测温的反馈配水策略和基于模糊自适应PID的二冷水调节控制策略。前两种控制策略投入实际应用并取得良好效果,第3种策略经过测试表明性能优于常规控制方法,为下一步应用研究奠定基础。

Based on the spray cooling model for insuring basic quality of CC billets, some advanced control strategies are proposed to further improve billets′ quality, including feed forward strategy based on continuous temperature measurement in CC tundish, feedback strategy based on surface temperature measurement and secondary cooling control strategy based on fuzzy selfadaptive PID. The first two strategies have been applied on site with good effects. The third one was tested and the results showed that its performance is better than the general control method, which provides a basis for further study and application.
