本文研究了Mo,Si,B和化学计量成分对Fe_3Al和FeAl合金室温和高温拉伸性能以及组织结构的影响,结果表明,三种合金元素都使两种铁铝化物得到明显强化,但Mo和Si使其严重变脆,硼使FeAl增加塑性,断口由沿晶型变为穿晶准解理型。富Al的Fe_3Al和富Fe的FeAl合金室温塑性较化学计量化合物有明显提高。Fe_3Al从400—550℃,FeAl从400—500℃出现反常温度关系,用组织结构方面的结果对此进行了讨论。

The effect of alloying elements such as Mo, Si or B and its stoichoi-metric composition on the tensile properties at room and elevated temperatures, andalso on the microstructure has been investigated. Two Fe aluminides were found tobe obviously strengthened by all of three elements, but seriously embrittled by Moand Si. An improvement over the plasicity of FeAl may be made by adding B. Thefracture surface is varied from intergranular to transgranular cleavage type. Theroom temperature plasticity of the Fe-rich Fe_3Al or Al-rich FeAl is much betterthan that of the stoichoimetric aluminides. An anomalous temperature dependenceon the yield strength of Fe_3Al in range of 400 to 550℃ or of FeAl in 400 to500℃ was found. Discussion has been carried out by the aspect of microstrutures.
